Team members of the semester long DBZ research project are expected to uphold and abide by the team contract and all its guidelines (guideline | failure to follow guideline).
As a collective we will agree on a time each week to meet (if needed) | Failure to show up to a meeting
Each team member is responsible for their work | Failure to complete one’s own work
Be cooperative and stay on task | Being on your phone/device/off-topic
Be productive and engaged during class meeting dates | Being unfocused/lazy/distracted during meetings and get-togethers
Don’t monopolize conversations | Neglect of others’ input and/or arguments
Don’t procrastinate on giving responses, respond ASAP | Deliberate ignoring and delaying giving a response.
Consequences: Fair Warning
Disrespecting the project guidelines will result in the offending member buying the group snacks.
If the above behavior continues a third time, the accused team member must buy rest of team members lunch.
If a group member doesn’t contribute to his or her part of the project or doesn’t show up for a set meeting without warning beforehand, then -5 points off project grade for individual. The member who committed this offense will also buy the rest of the group lunch.
